When is an omega-3 supplement highly concentrated?
Direct answer
Highly concentrated means: a large share of the filling oil consists of omega-3 fatty acids. Concentration tells you how much oil is needed for the same amount of omega-3 — not how good the product is.
A high concentration is a hint about the process, not about the outcome.

At 30 percent concentration one needs considerably more oil for the same omega-3 amount than at 85 percent. For many users the number of capsules per day is therefore the real difference.
